Resonance & Restoration
Sound healing utilizes the ancient power of Tibetan, crystal bowls and deep gongs to bypass the analytical mind, guiding you into a state of profound stillness. These acoustic frequencies work at a cellular level, synchronizing brain waves to promote emotional release and nervous system regulation. Experience a restorative journey where every vibration serves to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.

My Journey
“Healing begins the moment we give ourselves permission to pause.”
For many years, my work in the Criminal Justice field has centred around supporting people at some of the most challenging points in their lives. It’s meaningful work, rooted in responsibility, boundaries, and helping individuals rebuild. Through it, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, and life experiences shape the nervous system and influence behaviour.
But alongside my professional journey, I’ve also been on a personal one. I discovered sound healing at a time when I needed space myself — space to slow down, to process, and to reconnect. The experience was deeply restorative. The gentle vibrations and frequencies helped calm my nervous system in a way I hadn’t experienced before. It wasn’t about fixing anything; it was about allowing, softening, and feeling supported without pressure. Over time, it became an important part of my own healing and self-care.
As I often say, “Sometimes healing doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from allowing ourselves to simply be.”
That personal transformation is what inspired me to train and share this work with others. Where my professional role is structured and analytical, sound healing allows me to work intuitively and holistically. It creates a safe, nurturing environment where people can simply be — beyond roles, responsibilities, or expectations.
Choosing sound healing hasn’t been a departure from my career; it’s been an expansion of my commitment to wellbeing. I’ve seen the impact of stress and trauma first hand, and I believe in offering spaces that support healing not just in crisis, but in everyday life.
